s 85 Additional powers
An authorized officer shall, for the purpose of the execution of this Act, have power to do all or any of the following:
(a) to require the production of any book, record, account, document or computerized data kept by a licensee or other person and to inspect, examine and to download from them, make copies of them or take extracts from them;
(b) to require the production of any identification document from any person in relation to any case or offence under this Act; and
(c) to make such inquiry as may be necessary to ascertain whether the provisions of this Act have been complied with.

Kuasa tambahan
Seseorang pegawai yang diberi kuasa hendaklah, bagi maksud melaksanakan Akta ini, mempunyai kuasa untuk melakukan semua atau mana-mana yang berikut:
(a) menghendaki pengemukaan mana-mana buku, rekod, akaun, dokumen atau data berkomputer yang disimpan oleh pemegang lesen atau orang lain dan untuk memeriksa, meneliti dan memuat turun daripadanya, membuat salinannya atau mengambil cabutan daripadanya;
(b) menghendaki pengemukaan mana-mana dokumen pengenalan daripada mana-mana orang berhubung dengan mana-mana kes atau kesalahan di bawah Akta ini; dan
(c) membuat apa-apa inkuiri yang perlu untuk memastikan sama ada peruntukan Akta ini telah dipatuhi.
