s 92 Jurisdiction to try offences
Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Court of a First Class Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and may impose the full penalty for such offence.

Bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan kesalahan
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang bertentangan, Mahkamah Majistret Kelas Pertama hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan boleh mengenakan penalti penuh bagi kesalahan itu.
