s 93 Offence for giving false and misleading information
A person who discloses or provides information to the Commission or authorized officers which he knows or has reason to believe is false or misleading commits an offence and shall,
on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Kesalahan kerana memberi maklumat palsu atau mengelirukan
Seseorang yang mendedahkan atau memberikan maklumat kepada Suruhanjaya atau pegawai yang diberi kuasa, yang diketahuinya atau mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai adalah palsu atau mengelirukan, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
