Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research Act 2012 s 47
(1) The Institute may, subject to such conditions, restrictions and limitations as it may determine, including the imposition of fees, allow any person access to the research findings and facilities of the Institute. (2) For the purposes of this section, “facilities” includes equipment, laboratory and database.
Akses kepada dapatan penyelidikan dan kemudahan
(1) Institut boleh, tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat, batasan dan sekatan yang ditentukan, termasuk pengenaan fi, membenarkan mana-mana orang mendapat akses kepada dapatan penyelidikan dan kemudahan Institut. Institut Penyelidikan Keselamatan Jalan Raya Malaysia 29 (2) Bagi maksud seksyen ini, “kemudahan” termasuk peralatan, makmal dan pengkalan data.
