s 12 Powers of Director General
The Director General shall have all the powers— (a) to investigate into any offence under this Act; and (b) to enforce any provision of this Act.

Ketua Pengarah hendaklah mempunyai segala kuasa— (a) untuk menyiasat apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini; dan (b) untuk menguatkuasakan mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
