s 18 Exemption
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt with or without conditions any employer or class of employers from all or any of the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengecualikan dengan atau tanpa syarat mana-mana majikan atau kumpulan majikan daripada semua atau mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
