Strata Management Act 2013 s 104
(1) The Minister shall appoint— (a) a Secretary to the Strata Management Tribunal; and (b) such other officers and staff of the Tribunal as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Tribunal. (2) Subject to the directions of the Chairman, the Secretary may, in connection with any application to the Tribunal, make interlocutory orders.
Setiausaha, pegawai dan kakitangan
(1) Menteri hendaklah melantik— (a) seorang Setiausaha Tribunal Pengurusan Strata; dan (b) apa-apa bilangan pegawai dan kakitangan Tribunal lain sebagaimana yang perlu untuk menjalankan fungsi Tribunal. (2) Tertakluk kepada arahan Pengerusi, Setiausaha boleh, berkaitan dengan apa-apa permohonan kepada Tribunal, membuat perintah interlokutori.
