s 20 Duty of joint management body to inform its name to Commissioner
(1) A joint management body shall inform and register with the Commissioner the name of the joint management body within thirty days from the date of the first annual general meeting.
(2) The Commissioner may, upon an application by the joint management body, issue a certificate certifying that the joint management body has been duly established under this Act on the day when the first annual general meeting was convened.
(3) The constitution of the joint management body under this Act shall not be affected in the event that the first annual general meeting is subsequently invalidated or the provision of subsection 19(1) is not complied with or a situation under subsection 19(2) occurs.

Kewajipan badan pengurusan bersama untuk memaklumkan namanya kepada Pesuruhjaya
(1) Badan pengurusan bersama hendaklah memaklumkan dan mendaftarkan nama badan pengurusan bersama itu dengan Pesuruhjaya dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh mesyuarat agung tahunan pertama.
(2) Pesuruhjaya boleh, apabila dipohon oleh badan pengurusan bersama, mengeluarkan suatu perakuan yang memperakui bahawa badan pengurusan bersama itu telah ditubuhkan dengan sewajarnya di bawah Akta ini pada hari apabila mesyuarat agung tahunan pertama diadakan.
(3) Penubuhan badan pengurusan bersama di bawah Akta ini tidak terjejas sekiranya mesyuarat agung tahunan pertama itu kemudiannya menjadi tidak sah atau peruntukan subseksyen 19(1) tidak dipatuhi atau keadaan di bawah subseksyen 19(2) berlaku.
