Strata Management Act 2013 s 3
This Act shall be read and construed with the Strata Titles Act 1985 and the subsidiary legislation made under that Act in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the regulations made under this Act.
Pentafsiran Akta
Akta ini hendaklah dibaca dan ditafsirkan dengan Akta Hakmilik Strata 1985 dan perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta itu setakat yang Akta dan perundangan subsidiari itu selaras dengan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
