s 84 Pending applications, etc.
(1) Any application or other document filed for approval under the Strata Titles Act 1985 before the commencement of this Act and was not approved before that date shall, where applicable, be deemed to be an application or a document filed for approval under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
(2) Where anything has been commenced by or on behalf of the Commissioner before the commencement of this Act, such thing may be carried out by or under the authority of the Commissioner under the corresponding provisions of this Act.

Permohonan, dsb. yang belum selesai
(1) Apa-apa permohonan atau dokumen lain yang difailkan untuk kelulusan di bawah Akta Hakmilik Strata 1985 sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini dan tidak diluluskan sebelum tarikh itu hendaklah, jika terpakai, disifatkan menjadi suatu permohonan atau dokumen yang difailkan untuk kelulusan di bawah peruntukan yang bersamaan dalam Akta ini.
(2) Jika apa-apa jua telah dimulakan oleh atau bagi pihak Pesuruhjaya sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, perkara itu boleh dijalankan oleh atau di bawah kuasa Pesuruhjaya di bawah peruntukan yang bersamaan dalam Akta ini.
