Strata Management Act 2013 s 85
Any rules made under the Strata Titles Act 1985 and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force as if the rules were made under this Act until they are revoked or repealed by regulations made under this Act.
Kaedah-kaedah yang sedia ada
Apa-apa kaedah yang dibuat di bawah Akta Hakmilik Strata 1985 dan berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah, setakat yang ia selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini, terus berkuat kuasa seolah-olah kaedah-kaedah itu dibuat di bawah Akta ini sehingga ia dibatalkan atau dimansuhkan oleh peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
