Financial Services Act 2013 s 261

s 261 Provisions relating to approvals, consents, standards, codes, specifications, notices, requirements, directions or measures

(1) Unless otherwise expressly provided, any approval or consent granted, or any standards, code, specification, notice, requirement, direction or measures specified or issued, under this Act— (a) may be either general or specific; (b) may be amended or revoked by the Bank or the Minister, as the case may be; or (c) shall be issued or communicated in such manner as the Bank thinks appropriate and shall be valid for all purposes. (2) Any approval or consent under subsection (1) may be— (a) absolute or conditional; or (b) limited so as to expire on a specified date, unless renewed.

Peruntukan yang berhubungan dengan kelulusan, keizinan, standard, kod, penentuan, notis, kehendak, arahan atau langkah-langkah

(1) Melainkan jika diperuntukkan selainnya dengan jelas, apa-apa kelulusan atau keizinan yang diberikan, atau apa-apa standard, kod, penentuan, notis, kehendak, arahan atau langkahlangkah yang ditentukan atau dikeluarkan, di bawah Akta ini— (a) boleh dibuat sama ada secara am atau khusus; (b) boleh dipinda atau dibatalkan oleh Bank atau Menteri, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan; atau (c) hendaklah dikeluarkan atau disampaikan mengikut cara sebagaimana yang difikirkan wajar oleh Bank dan adalah sah bagi semua maksud. (2) Apa-apa kelulusan atau keizinan di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh menjadi— (a) mutlak atau bersyarat; atau (b) terhad supaya habis tempoh pada suatu tarikh yang ditentukan, melainkan jika diperbaharui.
