Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 s 169
This legislation has been repealed. Do not cite it as law in force.
All returns and remittances of tax and any correspondence resulting from or connected with any return or remittance may, if posted in Malaysia, be sent free of postage to the Director General in an envelope marked “Goods and Services Tax”.
Bayaran pos percuma
Semua penyata dan peremitan cukai dan apa-apa surat-menyurat yang berbangkit daripada atau berkaitan dengan apa-apa penyata atau peremitan itu boleh, jika dipos di Malaysia, dihantar secara pos percuma kepada Ketua Pengarah dalam suatu sampul surat bertanda “Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan”.
