Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 17
No act done or proceedings taken under this Act shall be questioned on the ground of— (a) any vacancy in the membership of, or any defect in the constitution of, the Board or a committee; or (b) any omission, defect or irregularity not affecting the merits of the case.
Kesahan perbuatan dan prosiding
Tiada perbuatan yang dilakukan atau prosiding yang dijalankan di bawah Akta ini boleh dipersoal atas alasan bahawa— (a) terdapat apa-apa kekosongan dalam keanggotaan Lembaga atau jawatankuasa atau terdapat apa-apa kecacatan dalam penubuhan Lembaga atau jawatankuasa; atau (b) terdapat apa-apa peninggalan, kecacatan atau ketidakteraturan yang tidak menyentuh merit kes itu.
