Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 s 50
(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations as may be expedient or necessary for giving full effect or the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act. (2) The regulations made under this section may include provisions for prescribing fees or charges for any service rendered in the performance of the functions of the Board.
Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
(1) Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi memberikan kuat kuasa sepenuhnya atau bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik. (2) Peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh termasuk peruntukan bagi menetapkan fi atau caj bagi apa-apa perkhidmatan yang disediakan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi Lembaga.
