Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 s 30
A police officer may without a warrant arrest any person if he has reason to believe that the person has committed an offence against section 24, 26 or 27 and every such offence shall be seizable and non-bailable for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Penangkapan
Seseorang pegawai polis boleh tanpa waran menangkap mana-mana orang jika pegawai polis itu mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa orang itu telah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap seksyen 24, 26 atau 27 dan tiap-tiap kesalahan sedemikian adalah boleh ditangkap dan tidak boleh dijamin bagi maksud Kanun Tatacara Jenayah.
