Armed Forces Act 1972 s 116

s 116 Privilege of witness and others at courts-martial

A witness before a court-martial or any other person whose duty it is to attend on or before a court-martial shall be entitled to the same immunities and privileges as a witness before the High Court in the Federation.

Keistimewaan bagi saksi dan orang lain dalam mahkamah tentera

Seseorang saksi di hadapan mahkamah tentera atau mana-mana orang lain yang kewajipannya adalah untuk hadir di dalam atau di hadapan sesuatu mahkamah tentera berhak kepada imuniti dan keistimewaan yang sama dengan seseorang saksi di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi di dalam Persekutuan.
