s 61 Institution of prosecution
No prosecution for or in relation to an offence under this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the Public Prosecutor.

Tiada pendakwaan bagi atau berhubung dengan sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini boleh dimulakan kecuali oleh atau dengan keizinan bertulis Pendakwa Raya.
