s 34 Offences relating to certificate
(1) A person shall not—
(a) procure or cause the procurement of a certificate by making or causing to be made, or producing or causing to be produced, a false or fraudulent declaration, certificate, application or representation;
(b) forge, alter or counterfeit a certificate;
(c) use a forged, altered or counterfeited certificate;
(d) buy or fraudulently obtain a certificate; and
(e) sell, assign or transfer a certificate.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both, and in the case of a continuing offence, shall be liable to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

Kesalahan yang berhubungan dengan perakuan
(1) Seseorang tidak boleh—
(a) memperoleh atau menyebabkan pemerolehan suatu perakuan dengan membuat atau menyebabkan dibuat, atau mengemukakan atau menyebabkan dikemukakan, suatu pengakuan, perakuan, permohonan atau representasi palsu atau fraud;
(b) m e m a l s u k a n , m e n g u b a h a t a u m e l a n c u n g s u a t u perakuan;
(c) menggunakan suatu perakuan yang dipalsukan, diubah atau dilancungkan;
(d) membeli atau secara fraud memperoleh suatu perakuan; dan
(e) menjual, menyerah hak atau memindah suatu perakuan.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya, dan dalam hal kesalahan yang berterusan, boleh didenda selanjutnya tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi setiap hari atau sebahagian daripadanya selama kesalahan itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
