Interest Schemes Act 2016 s 47
A management company shall, at the request of an interest holder, purchase any interest from the interest holder and the purchase price will be the price calculated in accordance with the trust deed or contractual agreement.
Kewajipan untuk membeli balik kepentingan
Suatu syarikat pengurusan hendaklah, atas permintaan pemegang kepentingan, membeli apa-apa kepentingan daripada pemegang kepentingan itu dan harga belian itu ialah harga yang dikira mengikut surat ikatan amanah atau perjanjian kontraktual.
