Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Act 2017 s 4
The Bank may waive any of the privileges, immunities and exemptions conferred under Chapter IX of the Agreement in any case or instance, in such manner and upon such conditions as it may determine to be appropriate in the best interests of the Bank.

Bank boleh mengetepikan apa-apa keistimewaan, kekebalan dan pengecualian yang diberikan di bawah Bab IX Perjanjian dalam mana-mana hal atau keadaan, mengikut cara dan atas syarat sebagaimana yang ditentukannya sesuai demi kepentingan Bank.
