s 5 Power to subscribe to shares of the capital stock of the Bank
The Minister is authorized to subscribe on behalf of the Government—
(a) to shares of the original authorized capital stock of the Bank in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Agreement to an amount not exceeding one hundred and nine million and five hundred thousand United States dollars;
(b) where the shares of the Government have been increased at the request of the Government under paragraph 3 of Article 5 of the Agreement, to the amount of such increase; and
(c) where the original authorized capital stock of the Bank is increased under paragraph 4 of Article 5 of the Agreement, to a proportion of the increase of stock as provided in that paragraph.

Kuasa untuk memohon beli syer saham modal Bank
Menteri diberi kuasa untuk memohon beli bagi pihak Kerajaan—
(a) syer saham modal dibenarkan Bank yang asal mengikut perenggan 1 Perkara 5 Perjanjian bagi suatu amaun yang tidak melebihi seratus sembilan juta dan lima ratus ribu dolar Amerika Syarikat;
(b) jika syer Kerajaan telah ditambah atas permintaan Kerajaan di bawah perenggan 3 Perkara 5 Perjanjian, sebanyak amaun pertambahan itu; dan
(c) jika saham modal dibenarkan Bank yang asal ditambah di bawah perenggan 4 Perkara 5 Perjanjian, sebanyak suatu kadar daripada pertambahan saham sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam perenggan itu.
