s 14 Permit for commercial or potential commercial purpose not transferable
(1) A holder of a permit shall not transfer the permit or assign any right, duty, liability or obligation under the permit to any other person.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both; or
(b) where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit.

Permit bagi maksud komersial atau komersial berpotensi tidak boleh dipindah milik
(1) Seorang pemegang permit tidak boleh memindah milik permitnya atau menyerahhakkan apa-apa hak, kewajipan, liabiliti atau obligasi di bawah permit itu kepada mana-mana orang lain.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) jika orang itu ialah orang perseorangan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi sepuluh tahun atau kedua-duanya; atau
(b) jika orang itu ialah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ratus ribu ringgit.
