Employment (Restriction) Act 1968 s 18
Where in respect of the employment of a non-citizen there has been a contravention of section 9, such non-citizen shall not by reason only of such a contravention be deemed to be employed under an illegal contract of employment.
Kesan pelanggaran seksyen 9
Jika berkenaan dengan pengambilan kerja seseorang bukan warganegara terdapat pelanggaran seksyen 9, bukan warganegara itu tidak boleh semata-mata oleh sebab pelanggaran itu disifatkan sebagai telah diambil kerja di bawah suatu kontrak kerja yang menyalahi undang-undang.
