s 40 Attempts and abetments
Any person who attempts to commit an offence punishable under this Act or the regulations made under this Act, or abets the commission of the offence, shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.

Percubaan dan pensubahatan
Mana-mana orang yang cuba melakukan suatu kesalahan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, atau bersubahat dalam pelakuan kesalahan itu, boleh dihukum dengan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
