s 19 Duty to establish mechanism for making priority harmful content inaccessible

A licensed applications service provider and licensed content applications service provider shall establish a mechanism for making priority harmful content available on their services inaccessible to all users.

Kewajipan untuk mengadakan mekanisme bagi menjadikan kandungan memudaratkan prioriti tidak dapat diakses

Pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi berlesen dan pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi kandungan berlesen hendaklah mengadakan suatu mekanisme bagi menjadikan kandungan memudaratkan prioriti yang terdapat dalam perkhidmatannya tidak dapat diakses oleh semua pengguna.
