Consumer Credit Act 2025 s 3
(1) The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any agreement. (2) This Act shall have effect notwithstanding any contract term which applies or purports to apply the law of another country where the term appears to the court to have been imposed wholly or mainly for the purpose of enabling the party imposing it to evade the operation of this Act.
Tidak boleh berkontrak keluar dan penyingkiran pilihan undang-undang
(1) Peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa walau apa pun apa-apa jua yang bertentangan dalam mana-mana perjanjian. (2) Akta ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa walau apa pun apa-apa terma kontrak yang terpakai bagi atau berupa sebagai terpakai bagi undang-undang negara yang lain jika mahkamah mendapati bahawa terma itu telah dikenakan keseluruhannya atau terutamanya bagi maksud untuk membolehkan pihak yang mengenakannya mengelak daripada operasi Akta ini.
