AN ACT AUTHORIZING- THE PROVINCIAL BOARD OF ILOCOS SUR TO MAKE A LOAN OF A SUM NOT EXCEEDING FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FROM PROVINCIAL FUNDS TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDON TO BE USED FOR MUNICIPAL SCHOOL PURPOSES AND IN THE ALTERATION AND REPAIR OF THE OLD CASA PRESIDENCIA.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provincial board of Ilocos Sur is hereby authorized to loan from provincial funds a sum not exceeding five thousand pesos to the municipality of Candon. to be used for municipal school purposes and in the alteration and repair of the old casa presidencia of the municipality, one half of the building, when repaired, to be used for municipal offices and the other half to be used for school purposes until such time as an intermediate school building for the municipality shall be provided. Such loan shall be repaid to the provincial treasury, without interest, within three years from the date of the acceptance of the loan or within such other period less than three years and in such amounts and at such times as may be fixed by the provincial board.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws,"' passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
