Section 1

SECTION 1. The period for the payment, without penalty, of the cedula tax for the year nineteen hundred and nine in the city of Manila and in the provinces organized under the Provincial Government Act is hereby extended to June fifteenth, nineteen hundred and nine, anything in Article XII of the Internal Revenue Law of Nineteen hundred and four to the contrary notwithstanding.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect as of April twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and nine.
