AN ACT PROVIDING- FOR THE APPROPRATION OF THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF INSULAR FUNDS, TO ASSIST THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING FOR AN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. the sum of two thousand pesos, Philippine currency, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended, together with another 0 thousand pesos to be collected by voluntary subscription from the residents of Imus, in the construction of a building to be devoted to the purposes of an intermediate school in the municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Said sum of two thousand pesos shall be paid by the Insular Treasurer to the provincial treasurer or the Province of Cavite. and shall be expended for the purpose specified in the preceding section, by the municipal council of Imus, under the supervision of the provincial board of Cavite.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
