Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of five thousand pesos is hereby Appropriation, wib. appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the maintenance and expenses of three fellowships, filled by appointment of the Governor-General, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Two thousand and ninety-five, for the year nineteen hundred and fifteen.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
