AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF ANY FUNDS IN THE INSULAR TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTENANCE OF AN AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN ISABELA. UNDER THE BUREAU OF EDUCATION.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of fifteen thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to establish, equip, maintain, and operate in the Province of Isabela an agricultural school for the theoretical and practical instruction of the pupils, in the discretion and under the administration of the superintendent of schools.

Section 2

SEC. 2. A portion of the funds appropriated by this Act shall be set aside for the salary of an agricultural teacher properly equipped for this branch of education and assigned to said school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
