AN ACTS TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS, TO BE ADDED TO THE FUNDS SET ASIDE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTERMEDIATE THE MUNICIPALITY OF MORONG, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, DEDICATE TO THE MEMORY OF TOMAS CLAUDIO, TO REGULATE THE DISBURSEMENT OF SAID FUNDS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of fifteen thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for expenditure, together with such funds as the provincial board of the Province of Rizal may appropriate, for the construction of an intermediate school in the poblacion of the municipality of Morong, Province of Rizal, dedicated to the memory of Tomas Claudio.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The building to be constructed with these joint funds shall have on its facade a bust or relief medallion representing Tomas Claudio, and such inscriptions in bronze or marble as may be approved, in accordance with existing regulations.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
