Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase, planting, preparation, and distribution of seed in the regions affected by the recent typhoons. Said sum shall be disbursed for the purposes of this Act by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and forty-three.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
