Section 1

SECTION 1. Item sixteen, paragraph (s), of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and seventy, known as the Public Works Act, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"16. For the maintenance and continuation of the Port of Calbayog, Samar P60,000.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
