SECTION 1. Section twenty-six hundred and sixty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 2666. Slaughter of large cattle without permit.—Any person slaughtering or causing to be slaughtered for human consumption or killing for food at the municipal slaughterhouse any large cattle, except upon permit duly secured from the municipal treasurer, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten nor more than two hundred pesos, or by imprisonment for not less than one month nor more than six months, or by both, in the discretion of the court."
