Section 1
SECTION 1. The Director of Posts is hereby authorized, with the approval of the Department Head, to use the whole of the revenue, or such portion thereof as may be necessary, derived from the additional postage to be collected on air mail, for the payment of services of mail contractors that may be employed to transport mails by airplanes in accordance with the provisions of section nineteen hundred and seventy-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended by section two of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and six, and for all other expenditures incident to such air mail service.
