AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER GUESTS OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING THEIR FAMILIES, TO ATTEND THE INAUGURATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the general fund in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to cover the transportation and other incidental expenses of the officers of the Government of the United States and other guests of the Philippine Government, including their families invited to attend the inauguration of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
