SECTION 1. Chartered cities, municipalities, and municipal districts are hereby empowered to establish or authorize the establishment of slaughterhouses, to provide for their veterinary or sanitary inspection and to inspect and regulate the use of the same: Provided, That the slaughter fees to be charged on large cattle and other domestic animals slaughtered for sale or consumption, including corral fees, shall in no case exceed two centavos per kilo on dressed meat, including livers, hearts, and tongues: And provided, further, That no fee shall be charged on condemned meat.

SEC. 2. All acts or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
