AN ACT AUTHORIZING LINO GOMEZ THE RIGHT TO SELL, CONVEY, ASSIGN OR TRANSFER HIS FRANCHISE AND ALL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS ACQUIRED THEREUNDER TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SILANG, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, IN FAVOR OF MRS. ELENA NAVAL DE PAEZ.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations prescribed in section fifteen of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-six, Lino Gomez is hereby authorized to sell, convey, assign or transfer his franchise and all property and rights acquired in favor of Mrs. Elena Naval Vda. de Paez, who is competent under the laws of the Philippine Islands to operate, maintain and construct an electric light, heat and power system.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately on its approval.
