AN ACT AMENDING SECTION FORTY-FIVE OF ACT NUMBERED FOUR THOUSAND AND SEVEN OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section forty-five of Act Numbered Four thousand and seven of the Philippine Legislature is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 45. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-three: Provided, That the Governor-General is hereby authorized to postpone the effectivity of the provisions contained in the second and third paragraphs of section twelve not later than June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-four."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
