AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Section 1

SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item twenty-two on page six, under the heading "Batangas", read as follows:

"22. For the elementary school of Mataasnakahoy ............. P4,000.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item twenty-four on page fourteen, under the heading "Ilocos Norte", read as follows:

"24. For the school of the barrio of Sagpatan, Sarrat ................ P1,000.00"

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
