Upon recommendation of the Special Committee on Naturalization, and by virtue
of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, Ferdinand E. Marcos,
President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Annex "A" of Presidential Decree
No. 1220 by including therein the name of Mr. Ricardo K. Ching, who has been
found deserving and recommended by the Committee for citizenship but whose name
was inadvertently omitted in the final list.
This Decree shall take effect immediately.
Done in tne City of Manila, this 18th day of October, in the year of Our
Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
