Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in the Department’s program the repair, maintenance and improvement of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
