AN ACT DECLARING FEBRUARY 13 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY AND NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE, METRO MANILA IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY

Section 1

SECTION 1. February 13 of every year is declared a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Parañaque, Metro Manila in commemoration of its foundation day anniversary.

Section 2

SEC. 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
