Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Libuton in the municipality of Manucan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby constituted into a barrio in the said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Libuton.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
