AN ACT DECLARING OCTOBER 16 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CALBAYOG CITY CHARTER DAY'

Section 1

SECTION 1. October 16 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar, in commemoration of its charter day anniversary, to be known as the "Calbayog City Charter Day". When the holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the special nonworking day shall be observed on the Monday that follows.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in. the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
