AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA ELENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a district hospital in the Municipality of Santa Elena, Province of Camarines Norte to be known as the Santa Elena District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte shall provide funding for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the Santa Elena District Hospital. The Secretary of Health shall include in the Department's subsidy program, support for the capital outlay of the said district hospital.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
