AN ACT CONVERTING THE DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN SAN CARLOS CITY, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A CLASS "B" DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Class "B" LTO District Office in San Carlos City, Province of Pangasinan, the funding of which shall be included in annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
