Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of San Roque in the barrio of Tagumpay, Municipality of Unisan, Province of Quezon, is hereby separated from the barrio of Tagumpay and consti tuted into a separate and independent barrio of the same municipality, to be known as barrio San Roque.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
